From rehearsal to revelation, “The Alchemist’s Dance” chronicles the creative process of flamenco legend María Pagés. Set around the production of De Scheherezade and her collaboration with poet-dramaturg El Arbi El Harti, this feature-length documentary weaves personal insight with the intensity of performance, revealing how flamenco becomes meditation and movement becomes meaning.
